Roles-Site Project Lead
Ensure achievement of assigned timelines of the project quality requirements and the contractual obligations.
Clear understanding of the project documents/ drawing in order to validate material.
Knowledge on planning and Utilization of Resources to complete the project as per the timelines.
Organize the work of the team under his/her responsibility and co-ordinate with other teams.
Monitor and report actual progress on day to day basis for Discipline activities, including control of manhours and delivered documents; particularly care is required for sub-contracted activities.
Provide guidance to the team for the Piping and Layout methodologies / Design Premises comprehensive of all necessary data.
Controls the input data for the team activities and check / review of all the documents issued by the team
Attend internal review activities and inter-discipline meetings.
Inform / communicate day to day basis to FC leader of any unforeseen technical or delay risk.
Liaison with Customer
Liaison with internal teams – Service, Engg, OEM
