- To design and execute synthesis of lab recipes of all the required heterogeneous catalysts with the guidance of Department Head
- To execute small commercial batch catalyst production in the laboratory and characterisation for its approval
- To characterise all the lab recipes, correlate characterisation data with performance and provide the Department Head with explanations for performance and recommendations
- Help the Department head in troubleshooting customer catalysts performance issue by characterisation and evaluation
- Maintain the lab and equipment in good working conditions and report to Department Head if any attention is needed
- Collect, compile, and report the status of projects to Department Head
- Help Department Head to maintain appropriate inventory for smooth and steady operation of lab
- Get the day-to-day laboratory work done with the help of laboratory operators/management
