- Marketing & Sales to meet Operating Plan.
- Internal & external co-ordination, supporting cross functions.
- Understand and capture customer need related to Parts, Repairs and Services.
- Work for resolution of customer complaints and customer satisfaction
- Develop & analyzes Marketing Intelligence, including inputs on Competition.
- Co-ordinate with Commercial team, collection of input from site for offer preparation.
- Offer submission & taking it forward.
- Negotiation and conclude contract in adherence to company’s sales policy.
- Maintaining & updating data base for Inquiry, Scope, Pricing, Offer, Techno-commercial clarifications, Orders.
- Co-ordinate with Repair factory (RF) and customer for material lifting.
- Co-ordination with Service team and support if required.
- Support cross function team for collection of BG, Payments, Indemnity Bond, HSS document submission.
