TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborating with Service Partner from IT perspective for HR Version and Release Management topics for SuccessFactors
IT responsible for Change and Release management process with in SAP (onPremise) and SuccessFactors (Cloud)
Set up Bayer internal communication regarding Releases and planned downtimes for on premise and Success Factors (SF) (e.g. by SAP Cloud Availability Center)
Create yearly HR Version and Release Schedule for On Premise and SF environment, coordinate schedule with stakeholders and communicate agreed schedule to the HR Organization.
Ensuring the correctness and completeness of Process documentation of Release and Change management for HR Systems
Provide and present the evidences based on ICS Framework process for “Change Management” working closely with auditors.
Responsible to control Long Term Changes with respective communication to HR IT organization.
Prepare and copy (Anonymised, non-Anonymised) Test Data on premise and cloud framework using Test data management tool (Accenture Clone&Test Tool)
Coordinate and plan SuccessFactors instance refreshes in collaboration with SFSF (SAP) and Cloud Integration team
WHO YOU ARE:
University Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in IT
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Has basic experience in the following R/3 HCM modules PA and PD
Has experience in planning and organizing SuccessFactors Release cycles for (Talent Acquisition, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Technical Foundation, Employee Central, LMS, etc.)
Has in depth experience in SAP Solution Manager (e.g. SAP training SM100: SAP Solution Manager Operations and Configuration; SM200: Change Request Management and Service Desk Configuration)
Has in depth experience in the TDMS4HCM (e.g. SAP Training TDMS10: SAP Test Data Migration Server)
Has basic ITIL knowledge
Ability to plan and align, manage complex scenarios, push for significant results, thereby managing multiple complex environments
Proactiveness and courage to actively drive future-oriented developments under ambiguous circumstances and with various stakeholders
Ability to work in an international and intercultural environment as a team player with good communication and presentation skills.
