Regional Sales Manager – Gas Turbines Repair – Northern Region

Area of Operations:
Entire Northern Region of India covering All Northern States & Central State of
Madhya Pradesh.

Successfully lead Northern Region Sales team by motivating, coaching & supporting.
Allowing team member to grow in career. Recognize & reward their good work.
Operate with speed internally in Organization & Externally as well.
Develop sound understanding of Gas Turbine Operations and Maintenance requirement.
Identifying customer maintenance need well in advance (being Maintenance /Inspections are cyclic in Gas Turbine) and are in the core of our Business.
Plan & support customer gas turbine outages & trouble shooting in terms of parts requirement, Service & Repair of components.
Develop business pipeline of Opportunities for 3 to 5years down the line.
Finding new avenues of business.
Successfully execute Quarter-wise Business Operating plan (targets) of the current 18months cycle.
Pitching new technology with business case to the market.
Actively support Sales and Payment collections.
Achieve high level of Customer satisfaction in resolving their techno-commercial problems in proactive manner.
Co-ordinate internally with cross-functional teams and organize fast track solutions.
Maintain and update fleet information in terms of gas turbine operating data, spares parts, inspection cycle etc.
Identify Spare parts availability with customer & their spare parts requirement.
Internally co-ordinate, analyze & participate in preparation of techno-commercial winning bid.
Order negotiation, finalization & winning.
Maintain & update data for proposals, competition, orders, dispatches, invoices, payment collections etc.
Keeping track for goods supplied against various orders & handling open issues between Customer & Execution Team.
