Job Description
• Sound knowledge on welding specifications and procedures
• Knowledgeable on ASME, API, IS standards
• Proposed to work on quality related task on fuel conversion (FC) projects
• Preparing the quality control procedure for the fuel conversion project
• Coordinate and ensure the quality procedures are followed during the execution of the FC project
• Identify the risk during execution and ensure the necessary quality
• Coordinate with customer quality team and ensure the smooth sign off on quality documentation
• Coordinate all the NDT test to ensure the quality and ensure smooth sign off
• Prepare the procedure and requirements for radiography test
• Ensure all the quality documentation is submitted and approved by the customer on FC project
• Spend 80% of the time on site on quality related activities of the fuel conversion project
• Coordinate with the execution team of company & customer on the quality related activates to FC projects
• Ensure the supplied material meets the quality requirement of the standards of FC project
Qualifications / Requirements
• B.E/B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical
• 3-5 years experience in Quality
• NDT Level-II background
• 1 Year FTC role
• Good team player
• Willing for extensive travel to customer sites
