Register, analyze, implement correction and corrective actions in resolving customer
complaints and providing feedback to customer on reported issues.
Takes customer feedback on the repaired jobs and performs causal analysis for negative
comments and reports to customer on the action taken to close the issue.
Preparation of Critical to Quality Forms, CAV forms for repairs
Raise Non-conformance on deviations observed during incoming inspection and toll gate inspections
Validates the details of inspection of nonconforming products and clear for further operations
Non-Conformance Report – Raises, Tracks the Non-Conformance for closure and
implementation of applicable Corrections, Containment and CA
Ensures inward inspection of parts, consumables, sub- contract items used in refurbishment
and other items and accept/reject Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
Perform vendor audits to verify compliance to quality requirements
Track First Pass Yield of the Operators.
Maintains and retains documented information/quality records as per requirements
Provides scope for outsource activities
Review and clear outsource activities
Verifies records of refurbishment and provide approval for shipment
Ensures and sustains 5S, EHS and Quality Excellence
