Job Overview:
Responsible for brand creation and lead generation through targeted ATL/BTL activities for Pioneering products
Responsibilities and Duties
â–ª Monitoring market trends, and studying competitors’ products and services
â–ª Identify target markets and developing strategies
â–ª Oversee the management of the production of promotional material
â–ª Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
â–ª Development of the company’s online presence through active social media engagement
â–ª Prepare Budgets, Sales Forecasts, Sales Performance Reviews & Projections
â–ª Development of sales campaigns and implementation of the marketing plans as needed
Qualifications
â–ª Marketing, brand management experience of 10-12 years in Agriculture Machinery Industry (Combine Harvester, RTP, Potato
planter)
â–ª Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business management or other related fields. A Master’s degree in Business
Administration (MBA) or other business-related fields will be preferred
â–ª Prior experience in Agricultural inputs industry with rural markets as focus
â–ª Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
â–ª Strong communication and team management skills
â–ª Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
