Learning & Development
Training Management: Handle all training processes, including needs identification, creating a training calendar, finalizing content, delivering training, and evaluating effectiveness.
Program Design: Create and develop training programs with input from stakeholders, focusing on sales, technical, behavioral, and digital learning.
Leadership Development: Lead programs for high-potential employees.
Sales Training: Design and manage sales training content, identify trainers, and connect with stakeholders.
Technology Integration: Use e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and simulations to improve training delivery and accessibility.
External Partnerships: Collaborate with training providers and consultants, selecting them as needed, and build a pool of trainers for future use.
Program Management: Oversee all learning initiatives and manage related communications.
Internships and Campus Programs: Drive summer training, internships, and campus management programs.
Reporting: Prepare monthly training reports, dashboards, and analyses, and ensure learning metrics are met.
Calendar Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to the training calendar across departments.
Efficiency and Improvement: Enhance training efficiency and effectiveness, continuously improving learning content.
Budget Management: Set and monitor the annual training budget.
ISO Audit: Prepare for and participate in ISO audits, ensuring compliance in learning and development.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest L&D trends and best practices, incorporating them into training strategies.
Talent Management
Sustainability Training: Conduct employee awareness sessions and training on sustainability initiatives.
Employee Engagement: Organize events to engage employees in sustainability efforts.
Manager Development: Design surveys/feedback forms, identify relevant training, and coordinate manager development initiatives.
Event Support: Assist in coordinating Talent Management activities and events.
