Lead and drive Quality initiatives to ensure quality performance metrics are met
Liaison with Quality teams and implement best practices, drive lean projects and meet
targets for implementation
Organize and Facilitate Lean six sigma Action Work-Outs
Should be a qualified quality lead auditor and capable to plan and conduct internal audits
and liaison with external auditing agency
Drive and implementation of Quality Management Systems by ensuring effectiveness and
compliance of ISO 9001:2015 standards
Should be capable of drafting quality procedures, revisit existing procedures for any
changes and handle document control
Developing Work Instructions, SOP’s, Process Maps based on requirements
Drive Services Customer Satisfaction program, maintain feedback record and drive CAPA
for the concerns raised by customer
Prepare status of quality business metrics reports to Management
Identify areas of non-conformities (NCR) in various processes and track the same by
implementing corrective actions
Track and evaluate Cost Of Poor Quality, Engineering resolution cases
