Job Purpose:
To ensure overall smooth functioning of the Finance function and channelizing the Strategic objectives of the Company
Key Responsibilities:
Effective management of treasury operations and cash flow
Fund raising and lisoning with bankers and optimising finance costs
Effective Financial Risk Management as per Company’s hedging policy for currency and commodity
Ensuring RBI, FEMA and related compliances
Managing Insurance portfolio
Setting strong process for financial controls
Managing Team and timely preparation of MIS and accounting of financial transactions
