Sound knowledge on welding specifications and procedures
Knowledgeable on ASME , API, IS standards
Proposed to work on quality related task on fuel conversion projects
Preparing the quality control procedure for fuel conversion project
Coordinate and ensure the quality procedures are followed during execution of the fuel conversion project
Identify the risk during execution and ensure the necessary quality
Coordinate with customer quality team and ensure the smooth sign off on quality documentation
Coordinate all the NDT test to ensure the quality and ensure smooth sign off
Prepare the procedure and requirements for radiography test
Ensure all the quality documentation is submitted and approved by customer on fuel conversion project
Spend 80% of the time at site on quality related activities of fuel conversion project.
Coordinate with execution team of BGGTS & customer on the quality related activates of fuel conversion projects
Ensure the supplied material meets the quality requirement of the standards of fuel conversion project
Ensure all the test are followed during commissioning of fuel conversion project
Education and Skills required:
B.E/ B.Tech Engineering graduate with specialization in Mechanical /welding
8-10 years of experience in Quality / Inspection/engineering services
Working in Project inspection services or any process plants in inspection of departments
Level II NDT certified is an advantage
Working experience in Quality Assurance is desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and communication skills
Well conversant in preparing presentations using MS Power point
Ability to work in a cross functional environment
Proven ability to influence and drive change with high energy level
Strong presentation skills, Change Acceleration Process knowledge
Excellent multi-tasking skills, leading and coaching co-employees
