•Should have good experience in Digitization of Training needs . VR / VI Model , Recorded Sessions ( BYJU’s Model ) , Animated videos for Critical settings , Pretest post test automation , Skill level Matrix , Flash training programme
•Classroom session as well as hands-on practical training session on Farm Machineries as per laid down procedures
•Preparations of DIY Videos of all FM products with all critical settings , Troubleshooting , Installation and Operations .
•Development of e-learning platforms and best practices for Trainings ( Cut sections and Recorded Sessions )
•Training digitization by utilizing IT tools effectively to generate alternatives that result in the creation of multiple ways to train front end teams ( Mass Training Programme )
Experience of 5-8 years in Agriculture Machinery Industry (TAF , Wheel Harvester , Axial Flow harvester , RTP, Potato planter, Balers , Thresher , Straw reaper and All Tractor driven products )
