Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Proactively identify and resolve problems and maintain quality standards with an aim to realize organisational deliverables
Hands-on experience in working in Sales, Marketing and other non-manufacturing functions for achieving higher degree of excellence
Co-ordinate and sustain gains from Japan Quality Medal through companies Excellence Model
Facilitate in driving process improvements in line with TMW requirements & ensure PDCAs
Facilitate implementation of Lean in non-manufacturing functions
Ensure development of Kaizen Culture through Green Belt and Yellow belt Initiative.
Good knowledge of quality tools and processes.
Conducting various internal trainings on quality improvement tools and techniques.
Ensure adherence of quality systems and comply with quality standards such as TPM, TQM and maintain requisite documents.
Deployment of TPM concepts are partners viz. suppliers, dealers.
Facilitate implementation of QMS and SHE Initiatives through implementation of ISO9001/IATF-16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS-18001.
Facilitation & ensuring deployment of the new and the revised standards by interfacing with functions.
Verifying compliance of systems are process by planning & conducting audits & assessments.
Ensure seamless flow of information on quality concerns to seniors.
Educational Qualification: BE (Mechanical / Auto) or DME
Experience: 3-8 Yrs.
