Head – Production and Planning – Gas turbine – repair and refurbishment

Plan and execute production as per the set targets
Drive fulfilment 5 (EHS, Quality, Delivery, cost, productivity) in meeting set targets
Planning for resources for job execution
Co-ordination with Head-Procurement for input requirement including follow up with supplier for sub-contract services.
Plan for equipment’s, process and operator qualification for new component repairs.
Responsible for identification and traceability of customer components
Drive quality culture by engagement employees, meeting written procedures, working
on continual improvement projects, improving customer sentiments etc…
Ensure proper preservation and packing of refurbished components
Monitoring daily job progress
Drive No Harm culture across facility.
Coordinating with services for repair crew for site services.
Executive jobs as per the cost targets.
Verify waste material generated and submit recommendation
Drive productivity projects
Meet utilisation, productivity targets
