- Ensure the farmer queries resolution team has latest knowledge in regards to
climate, agronomy, plant pathology and crop life cycle, farmer welfare schemes provided
by the Central and state Government, Gram panchayat, private companies and NGO’s, banks etc. - Must proper solution is provided to the farmers for the respective queries made on phone to the farmer call centre.
- Product knowledge of the agriculture tools/farm mechanisation and seed etc.
- Monitor a Team of Relationship Executives
- Handholding new hire relationship executives.
- Ensure schedule adherence for new hires.
- Motivate new hires to achieve daily target.
- Monitor Day to Day performance.
- Ensure the team is well connected with each other.
Education and Skills:
B.Sc or M.Sc in Agriculture with specialisation in Agronomy/Plant Pathology
Experience : 2-5 years in team handling and resolving farmer queries in farmer call centre.
