Knowledge of soil science, including the fundamentals of the subject, such as the biological, chemical and physical properties of soils.
Soil characteristic and their spatial and temporal variability across the landscape.
Conducting regular training of ACM, TM about soil testing procedures to help them build capabilities.
Monitoring and supervising Soil Testing laboratory across the region.
Writing reports and making presentations on findings.
Integrating soil science knowledge into aspects of land management and ecosystems.
Counselling Rural Agriculture practices to the farmers / customer
Consolidate and/ or Build Knowledge repository
Support building Logic/ Rules Engine, Continuous update of the same.
Design and Roll out Induction module in line with business priorities
Build the concept and content of training content for officers
Knowledge Sharing platforms – e.g. News Letter, Conventions
Build Crop Specific Problem Bank – Provide Support to team

The work involves a combination of laboratory-based, office and outdoor activities.
Qualification: Msc. Agriculture in Soil Sciences and P.hd in Soil Sciences a must.
