• Responsible for lean transformation, being a champion of Kaizen that impacts product flow, production to TAKT, and inventory turns
• Teach, promote and practice the lean principles and tools
• Help create a culture of problem solving
• Lead Action Work Outs to drive focused improvements in specific areas
• Coach other employees and facilitators in identifying problems, drive for root cause
identification, implement and sustain fixes
• Create Value Stream maps to see waste in the line and lead 3P, standard work, SMED events, etc to eliminate and/or minimize waste
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with supply chain partners to achieve goals and results
Qualifications / Requirements
• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech – Mechanical from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in Manufacturing, Lean and / Shop Floor / Factory Environment
• Excellent communication skills
