1. Fully capable to comprehend drawings, schematic diagrams, process specs, and engineering dispositions to troubleshoot complex structural issues.
2. Responsible for maintaining accurate time accounting of work performed in real-time. Report any time discrepancies to supervisors.
3. Maintains effective working relationship with other employees and assists with training those with less experience.
4. May be required to support other technical specialist outside of primary technical field, in support of program objectives and goals.
5. Applies coating materials such as primers, paints, and sealants using standard application techniques.
6. Knowledgeable of occupational hazards and safety precautions, and be able and willing to coach others in complying with program policies and procedures related to such. Follows all safety policies and procedures.
7. Reports any and all potential safety hazards, incidents, accidents, and other program concerns to supervisor.
8. Must be familiar with aircraft production environment and experience with use and handling of government / hand tools. Must have experience with manufacturing process specifications and reading blue prints.
9. Production (manufacturing) experience on any aircraft is must.
Competencies
Acceptable comprehension / communication (read and write) of English Language with ability to
interpret technical drawing and processes.
Ability to work any shift assigned, and work extra hours (overtime) with little notice.
Possess strong structural / mechanical theory knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to repair and restore original strength to components such as frames, stringers, bulkheads, spars, ribs, and stiffeners. Experience with reinforcing damaged or weakened skin on structural members, and removing and replacing portions and complete sections of airframe structure
Familiar working with various structural fasteners such as; taper-loks, high-locks, lock bolts, Jo-bolts, and rivets.

Basic salary 4000 SR per month + housing (provided by the company) + transportation (provided by the company) + ticket allowance of 300 SR per month.

Visa processing:
for Saudi Arabia work visa application/processing your original education certificate have to be attested by you from:
1.Your State HRD/GAD office and MEA office, (HRD fee will be around 300 INR to 1000 INR approx this varies from state to state and as per the Govt rules)
2.University or Board certificates verification of education certificates fees has to be paid by the applicants. (university or Board verification fee will be around 350 to 2000 INR approx)
3. for Medical clearance you have to register with the Gulf Health Council by paying the fee on their website and the applicant has to undertake medical examination at the allotted centre by paying the required fees to the medical centre. (10USD + 6000 INR)

The above given charges has to bared by the applicant upon selection and the applicants agrees/accepts/ understands that the above said charges/fees is from the concerned authorities and for the validation of his certificates only and strance hr, is not at all/ under no circumstances is connected with these charges/fee and these validation/attestation is required for visa processing by rules and regulation set by The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi.
