Product Manager – Growth Partnerships

Our client is looking for dynamic and selfmotivated individuals who shall scale up their farmercentric solutions through partnerships with allied agrifirms.
They are working in building modular and scalable solutions that are clearly defined in both their scope and targets.
You will be working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to understand the core nature problems, ideating, conceptualizing and subsequently implementing these modular solutions.

You will need to be a strong creative thinker who can build an engaging story around the companies products in a way that they begin to share the excitement about the technology that our client is building!

Your core responsibilities will include:
Growth Partnerships: Tieups with B2B partners to implement digital solutions for farmers.
Business Development: Relation building with key stakeholders of B2B Partners for creating opportunities to scaleup our products.
Customer insights: Engage with key influencer customers / farmers to gain insights about product.
Customer experience: Own the customer experience journey and analyse the key metrices by deploying various analytic tools.
Project management: Prepare a roadmap for product enhancements and coordinate with Tech team to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:
Should have worked for 1-4 years in Sales and Marketing function for Agritech firms or in Rural marketing.
Client engagement / partnerships / B2B sales preferably for Tech products

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of Excel. Data management skills through Tableau, SQL etc will be preferred
