1 Responsible for managing Sourcing from external suppliers : Price Negotiation & supply management
2. To co-ordinate Part development and Sourcing – RFQ, Costing, Negotiation, supplier identificatin and selection, Development, PPAP
3. Execute sourcing w.r.t season and supplier capacities and fullfill orders of all procured products & contract manufacturing locations within stipulated time to meet fill rate targets
4. Development and capacity enhancement of products w.r.t orders and initiate measures to meet demand fluctuations
5. Drive cost reduction for part and product costing
6. To co-ordinate with Engineering /Sales/Quality departments for smooth functioning
7. To interact with CFT Meetings for project management.
10. Thorough knowledge of legal contracts for Supplier legal Agreement negotiation and execution
9. To lead daily operations meetings & review plan Vs. actual, gaps and mitigation plan.
