- Participate as Regional Service Team Member
- Lead execution of retrofit projects
- Execute project management and technical advisor duties
- Support trouble shooting issues
- Work to be performed at customer locations through India, Bangladesh, Srilanka, etc.,
- Timely completion of site/service/inspection reports and other administrative activities
- Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality
- Support business growth initiatives.
- Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and reference for future
outages. - Prepare job planning documents that define in the scope of outages to be performed through engineering instructions, drawings and process instruction.
- Provide technical direction to skilled labour performing work on customer sites
- Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within companies safety standards
Education and Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
With 3-6 years of experience in maintenance and trouble shooting of Gas Turbines, etc.,
Exposure to power plant and other rotating equipment’s is desirable
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi
Position requires extensive travel
Strong organizational skills.
Strong presentation skills
Computer familiarity to MS Office
Customer centric approach/mindset
Ability to learn other software tool applications to support HMI and other application changes
