DGM Strategy

Key Accountabilities
Lead and incubate strategic projects engaging closely with business verticals to drive further growth, profitability and competitiveness
Work on the deliverables of the MAPC cycle and support with strategic inputs into the FSB and FLC
Drive implementation of the sector’s strategy internally within Farm Equipment sector and across the supporting teams
Drive competitive intelligence to assess competitive threats and craft relevant responses
Improve knowledge and skills of the team; focus on improving performance through effective program management and team-work
Develop business commercial strategies based on insights from market and competitor data

Skills
Good knowledge of business processes
Understanding of digital and business digitisation – (Digital Transformation)
Knowledge of finance – business case development, key financial metrics
